I love this stuff. Makes it super easy to whip up some tasty tasty Japanese Curry in a pinch. Can do it by itself even, or with cut up potatoes, chicken, or whatever you want. I use a tad more than is recommended for the curry-to-water ratio because I like my curries really thick.
I usually make it with rice but sometimes I’ll cook some cheap instant ramen and replace the sauce packet with a bunch of this curry on top for a poor man’s Curry Udon.
There are milder varieties from the same brand that are just as tasty if super spicy isn’t your thing.
