I am a huge lover of Curry! Being from the Caribbean, it’s in a lot of the foods we make! That being said, Thai curry has always been good. This red curry, I had it altered to be ‘Thai Hot’ which wasn’t too spicy and didn’t take away from the flavor. It had a good, balanced flavor that had a slight sweet taste to it at the end but still very ‘ground’ like!
I LOVE THAI RED CURRY. Oh man my stomach is growling now reading this.
I don’t remember when I first had red curry specifically, but I remember loving it instantly.
My only problem is, I also love Thai green curry. If I’m feeling super indulgent, I’ll get both and alternate, and then mix them a bit lol.
Definitely have to try that! Never tried mixing them before!
